Do people need an account to leave feedback?
No. Anyone with your link can respond in under a minute - no sign-up, no app. Only you (the recipient) have an account.
What does 'anonymous by construction' mean?
For sealed responses, the connection between a comment and who wrote it is never stored - not hidden or encrypted, never recorded at all. Timestamps are rounded to the week and responses are released in batches, so no single response can be traced back.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Collecting feedback is always free, including unlimited responses. Paid plans add automation, AI summaries, and history beyond 60 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month (or annual for two months free), and the 14-day trial needs no card. Downgrading hides paid features but never deletes your data.
